Bimi's Canteen is a phenomenal upstate NY restaurant and bar located within the heart of Mainstreet Chatham, NY. It's cozy vibe doesn't detract from stellar food and custom cocktails that meets every table. It is an honor to have Wildflour Cottage Bakery's desserts be the sweet thing that tops the evening off.
